Quiet hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had a very nice experience. I booked warm and cosy room, that was offered with the bar, the garden and a bath. The price was £ 43. Overall the service was good. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

The lobby's vibrant décor is so inviting. It seemed like a cozy café rather than a hotel! Accessibility is excellent, with ramps and wide corridors.
More comfortable seating in common areas, please.

Bookings.com gave us a very good deal. The hotel was ideally situated for our purposes.(visiting family). The room was clean and comfortable and we could park right outside. Our room on the ground floor meant no stairs to climb with the suitcase.
It was rather noisy in the Saturday night - a party in a nearby room. The toilet flush was unreliable. I would have liked a hairdryer in the room rather than having to get one from reception.

The hotel location was good and had a nice restaurant area.
Carpet was very dirty in room. Room not cleaned and serviced one of days I was there - I have since received a nice apology from the hotel and they are looking into.Television has very few channels.

I have been staying in hotels in and around the Coventry area for about six months. the was the only hotel/motel that I consider to have been clean. Accomodation is basic but adequate.
The only down side is the cost/qulaity of the food in the restaurant. The food is mocrowaved 'pub food'. I had chilli con carne and chips with two pints of lager for £17.45. you don't have to eat here.
